From its base in Thiès, Alfie looks into and coordinates projects in other regions of Senegal, depending on what the assignment requires. Feasibility, partners, travel and terms are confirmed for each project.

Do you work outside Thiès?
Yes, we look into projects in other regions of Senegal. Feasibility, travel and partners are confirmed for each assignment.
Do you organise the whole event?
No. We coordinate the services chosen with you. Security, permits, ticketing, technical production and the sporting organisation are not ours by default: who handles them is written down for each assignment.
How are you paid?
Through coordination fees, set in the quote. The quote separates our fees from third-party services (venue, accommodation, meals, transport).
I am planning my project from abroad. Is that possible?
It is actually the most common case: you present your project remotely, we check things on the ground and send you what you need to make your decisions.
Which suppliers do you work with?
The ones that suit your project, consulted specifically for it. We present the options; the choice is yours.
How far in advance should I contact you?
As early as possible. The lead time depends on the project: we will tell you in our first conversation.
